Social Outings

Clearvision's success is down to its employees and how they work together. We organise frequent social events to help everyone get to know each other in a non-work environment. Our previous events have included Go karting, football and meals out.

Breakfast and snacks

Clearvision provides a light breakfast for its employees to enjoy in the morning - the kitchen is stocked with bread and a few healthy cereal options. There's also a microwave available and plenty of fridge space for those who like a fresh lunch!

Training & Learning

Our staff are always learning new skills to ensure they stay on top of the evolving market. This can involve anything from learning new software languages to learning management skills that help the overall team.

OSX, Windows or Linux

We like our staff to work on platforms that help them perform better, so we support a wide range of software and operating systems. The majority of our development team run Ubuntu, but we have a few who use Windows and Mac OS X as well.

Office location

Our UK offices are located in Hedge End, Southampton, close to the local train station. Buses run frequently, and Clearvision provides free and secure onsite parking. We also have offices in Dublin, Philadelphia, London and Bangalore.

Flexible Working Hours

A typical working day at Clearvision is seven and half hours, starting any time between 8am and 9:30am. As we all know, traffic can be bad. An open start time enables staff to plan their journey and avoid the morning rush.
